I harvest and split logs from the local woodlands every month.

I craft one hundred jars of bitter marmalade every year.

I ride an electric scooter more often than I drive a car.

I was windsurf infatuated until injuries in my twenties.

I like hammocks, green juice, harmonicas, curries, REM, and paparajotes.

I don’t like dislocating my left shoulder ten times or CIPN.

In 2023 I injured – 12hr Whipple op to remove a stage 2b 6cm cancer, 2 weeks ICU, 1 month in hospital, eight months of chemo, and lost 20kgs.

I’m alive now.

In 2024-25 I full time cared for my elderly father in UK.

In 2026 I am moving on up.
